In the orthodox community children actively partecipate in the rhythm.Early in the morning they go with their parents and relatives.They can move all around and it helps them to get closer to Jesus.
Biography:
Roberta Reina was born in Palermo in 1980. She started taking pictures inspired by looking at the great works of Henri Cartier-Bresson, Joseph Koudelka, Elliot Erwitt, Vivian Maier, Joel Meyerowitz and fellow citizen Letizia Battaglia. Roberta loves street-photography and reportage. In 2014 she took part in the exhibition Lo sguardo e la luce with the project Tears of stone about the Earthquake of Belice (1968). Her photography has received recognition and won awards in many international photography competitions. |
