Biography:
Jonathan Banks studied under the prolific artist John Blakemore and graduated from the University of Derby with a 2:1 BA honours in Photographic studies in June 1993. He won the Jessops student of the year award and went on to gain sponsorship with Kodak where he produced several bodies of work for a touring exhibition. He has freelanced with all the broadsheets and many world class magazines and now is represented by Eyevine. His editorial and commercial photography has been published in various books, been widely exhibited and has picked up a number of international awards. |
