Title:The Sad Elephant Seal It was wonderful to visit a beach in California where there were Elephant Seals, and to be able to photograph them. This lady touched something in me as her eyes were so sad, I spoke to her and she responded with this expression, I will always wonder what in her life made her so unhappy, she didn’t seem to mind my presence and the conversation we had. I always thank an animal, bird, or insect for allowing me to photograph them.
