Title:Foundation
This picture was taken in the Amazon Basin (Brazil). It shows floating algae which are gathered together in the shape of a tree, hence the title "Foundation". This totally flooded area, where all transports are made by boat, is larger than Europe and shows an incredible diversity of flora and fauna, while being extremely fragile.
