Title:Flora
From a work in progress with my daughter. These delicate flowers are like lace, a metaphor for how childhood and life is fragile and fleeting. Flowers sometimes tell what you cannot express.
Biography:
Born in 1978 in Belgium to Dutch parents, Aimee Hoving grew up in Switzerland. She studied at the ECAL in Lausanne earning a BA invisual communication with a specialization in photography.
Having worked in the fashion world and for magazines, Aimee is now moving towards auteur photography, which is closer to her artistic universe.
