After a long an hard COVID lockdown, my first real explore again was Italy. The country that never let you down decay wise... This amazing staircase was the catch of the day

Biography: I am a Dutch photographer with a passion for the beauty of decay. I explore the normally unseen or off-limit parts of urban areas or industrial facilities to make pictures of the beauty of natural decay, before they are trashed, demolished or renovated. The buildings I shoot can be hospitals, castles, manors, industrial buildings or private houses. These buildings are not freely accessible and visiting them is often dangerous.
