Biography:
Annick Donkers is a documentary photographer and visual artist from Antwerp, Belgium. After earning a Masters’ degree in Psychology at the K.U. Leuven, she began her career as a project leader in market research while attending evening photography classes.
In 2008, she traveled to Mexico after receiving a grant from the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs to work on an independent photo reportage. That same year, she was selected to participate in the Seminar on Contemporary Photography at the Centro de la Imagen in Mexico City.
