Title:Falling leaves
It's the end of a great day of exploring. The last location, in the middle of a big city, surrounded by high fences. Shall I go inside? At the risk of being seen by a casual passer-by. Luckily I did.
Biography:
I am a Dutch photographer with a passion for the beauty of decay.
I explore the normally unseen or off-limit parts of urban areas or industrial facilities to make pictures of the beauty of natural decay, before they are trashed, demolished or renovated. The buildings I shoot can be hospitals, castles, manors, industrial buildings or private houses. These buildings are not freely accessible and visiting them is often dangerous. |
