Biography:
Mauro Serra (Ortona, 1986) is a photographer and neuroscientist. After scientific studies, he deepened his artistic vocation by developing his skills in Rovereto, Melbourne and Milan, where he attended the CFP Bauer photography school. He currently deals with advertising and fine art photography, and teaches creative photography at the Ferrari Fashion School in Milan. Through an ironic gaze and a pop aesthetic with saturated colors, Serra's artistic project captures the attention of the viewer, who is forced into a reflection suggested by an uncomfortable, even disturbing, point of view.
