3rd Place - Honor of Distinction Title:The Smoker (01-2010) I encountered this man on my way from Lakshmanjula to Rishikesh(India). He was camping alone, just he and and his few things. As happens on so many occasions like this, it was he who called to me as I was passing by. He invited me to sit and drink tea. We chatted for a half hour, all the while he sat smoking no less than four Marijuana Chilum.
