Title:Scale Although Banadir is the biggest hospital in capital Mogadishu, it is understaffed and substandart. But it is overflowing with patients who are coming from every corner of ruined Somalia. Most of the patients are children in the hospital where almost all of its windows are broken. With insufficient medical equipment in the hospital, nurses have to measure a child’s weight and lenght with old fashioned scales. 20.08.2011
