Anti-poaching teams arrest fish poachers in the delicate Malagarasi swamp ecosystem, west Tanzania. Uncontrolled fishing increases damage to these protected areas, an on-going battle for conservation.
Biography:
Kenyan freelancer Georgina Goodwin specialises in documentary and editorial photography relating to Africa. Her assignments have involved conflict documentary, humanitarian and NGO event and project coverage, public health and commercial venues and interiors. Georgina was awarded Kenyan News Photographer of the Year 2014 for her coverage of the Westgate Mall attack in Nairobi in September 2013.
