Releasing Wishes 1st Place - Outstanding Achievement
Title:Releasing Wishes
People watched on as thousands of Lanna-style lanterns, which are made from rice paper was released to the night sky. This was a time to pay respect to the higher deities. The lanterns filled up the sky with warm light that made me feel like time had stopped completely.
