Biography:
Franck Hamel is specialised in the culinary arts field. After many years working abroad (Romania, Vietnam and Morocco), he settled down in Rennes, his native town, in 2010. As a food and wine enthusiast, he likes to translate into pictures different taste sensations and to sublimate dishes and raw food thanks to the natural light. Since 2013, he is an associated expert at Centre Culinaire Contemporain (Modern Culinary Arts Centre). |
