Biography: Florian Buettner was born in Bielefeld, Germany in 1980. After he finished his A-Levels and his social service, he was travelling for quite a while in asia and wanted to find a job that allows him to see the world. He started studying photography at the university of applied science Bielefeld in 2002 with the focus on photojournalism. He did one semester at the RMIT in Melbourne in 2006 and graduated from University in 2007. His Diploma work was a Documentary on the exploitation of foreign labours in Dubai. Since 2008 Florian Buettner is a Berlin based, freelance photographer....
